Property Description

This penthouse apartment is circa 120m2 in surface area with a large living space, five bedrooms two doubles,two twin/doubles and a bunk bedroom. There is a fireplace and a well equipped kitchen along with two bathrooms and a separate WC.

There are wonderful views over the valley to the front and up the mountain to the rear. Close to this top floor apartment is the most popular apres ski bar in the resort although not so close to be noisy

On the lower floor are the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and WC together with three bedrooms. On the top floor there are two bedrooms built into the eaves, a bathroom and a  mezzanine media space/chill out area. The top floor is built in the eaves of the property and there are massive pine roof timbers exposed to view.

Deposit Details

25% with the remaining balance due 10 weeks before the holiday. Security Deposit of £200 by Credit card taken before your holiday and then refunded after your holiday, assuming no Damages.

Credit and debit cards - 2% extra for a credit card also bank transfers and cheques
