Chalet Praline - description
This beautiful stand-alone Alpine chalet has 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is built and furnished to a luxury standard. Situated in a small residential development near the village of Essert Romand, the chalet is 3.5km from Morzine. There are fields below the chalet great for sledging and wonderful views of the peaks of Nantaux and Chésery. Chalet Praline has a huge open-plan lounge / dining room with a log fire, and fully equipped kitchen. On the top floor there are 2 ensuite double bedrooms on the top floor 1 of them is a king-size double and a games area with pool table. On the lower floor, which overlooks the garden, there are 3 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a utility room and sauna. The chalet also has a garage which can be accessed from the lounge.We recommend that you have your own transport when staying at Chalet Praline though there is a “Balad’Aulps” bus service which runs through Essert Romand to Morzine and stops approx 200m from the chalet.
It is possible to book Chalet Praline fully or part catered – ask for information.
One of the twin rooms can take an additional fold-out bed which we can provide on request.

Deposit
25% deposit payable at the time of booking, balance due 8 weeks before departure.
Cleaning
Cleaning is included in winter letting rates. Cleaning is extra in the summer 70 Euros.
Linen
Bedlinen and towels 2 per person are provided, for all those named on your booking form.
