<p><strong>Chalet Banita </strong>is one of<strong> </strong>four recently built luxurious chalets incorporating a fusion of traditional construction with contemporary interior design. All well equipped and stylishly furnished offering a homely charm with opulent ambience. Perfect for families and groups alike.<strong></strong></p><p>The lounge/diner situated on the first floor has been complemented by a wood burning stove, traditional wood finish and tasteful soft furnishings. Doors lead to the balcony with spectacular views across the valley.</p><p>The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle & toaster. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the garage.</p><p>There are two double/twin bedrooms located on the ground level, one double/twin bedroom on the 1st floor and one double/twin/family room on the 2nd floor, having a mezzanine gallery with a double sofa bed sleeping 2.</p><p>All bedrooms have ensuite facilities- 2 shower rooms and 2 bathrooms.</p><p>The chalet also has a Hot tub, located in the external Mazot which is shared with the adjacent chalet.</p><p>Situated in the peaceful Vallee de la Manche, the chalets are situated 3km from the centre of Morzine and Pleney Lift and 1km from the Nyon Lift. The free ski bus runs hourly and stops less than 100m from the chalet.</p><p>For those experienced skiers, there is also the possibility of skiing off-piste back to the chalet.</p>
Payment
Personal cheque, Direct bank transfer, Credit card 2% charge for credit card payment
Deposit
25% of total booking price to secure booking. Outstanding balance and damage security deposit of 300GBP payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Cleaning
It is expected that guests leave the chalet in a good state of cleanliness, as found upon arrival. Any further cleaning required will be billed at a rate of 30GBP per hour.
Linen
Linen and towels provided.
