We consider the quality of cooking to be one of the most important aspects of a chalet holiday, therefore a lot of focus is directed at ensuring that our guests receive delicious home-cooked food and wines which have been specially selected by us. Fully catered holidays include cooked and continental breakfasts, afternoon tea and evening meals served on 6 days. The chalet staff have one day off per week.
Your holiday will be begin on your first evening with complimentary champagne and canapes. Thereafter, each day will begin with a hearty breakfast – You have the choice of an English bacon and eggs or Continental Croissants breakfast, both served with freshly-brewed tea and coffee, cereals, porridge, freshly-baked bread and jams, yoghurts, chilled fruit juice and fresh fruit.
When you return from a hard day on the piste, you can collapse into a comfy chair and help yourself to an afternoon tea of freshly-baked cake or home made biscuits with a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
In the evenings, we create a more casual dinner party approach so that you can fully relax, unwind and enjoy a meal at your own pace at a time to suit your group. The evening will start with compliementary wine and canapes followed by a creative and delicious 3-course meal with a choice of both red and white wine. For those who have a little space for more, there will be a selection of local cheeses available and the evening is then finished off with fresh coffee and chocolates.
