“Residence des Alpes” is a residential conversion from the former Hotel des Alpes, in a handsome 200-yr old building occupying an enviable position in the centre of Morzine opposite the church.   The building has been converted to a high standard, and has a lift, private ski lockers, and 1 parking place per apartment. Apartment D is on the first floor - access from the rear of the building. 

Apartment D is a luxury apartment on 2 floors, comprising 67 sq.m, completed at the end of 2004.    Entrance is off the central foyer, into the open-plan living - dining - kitchen room.  There is a fireplace with a glass front, a 3-person sofa & 2 armchairs, flat screen DVD player, Satellite TV, stereo, and coffee table.  The dining table can seat 4-6.  The kitchen area has a large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-ring ceramic hob and electric oven.   There are 2 balconies; the larger one has balcony furniture and overlooks the Rue du Bourg, the side balcony overlooks the church. There is a WC with handbasin on this level, and heating is via convector radiators.  Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms; one double bedroom has an ensuite bath room and WC, the other double has an exterior shower room and WC.  Both bathrooms have heated towel rails, and all of the upstairs has underfloor heating.  Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and share a balcony which looks across the Dranse River to the church. The building is 30m from the ski bus stop for the “D” line, which runs in a loop round to Pleney, the “A” line which goes up to Les Prodains  - the Avoriaz cable car, and the “N” line which runs up to the cable car at Nyon. All charges, linen and 2 towels per person and end-of-week cleaning, are included.Transfers can be arranged through us , and will cost 60€ per person return, door-to-door, with lower rates for groups of 8.

Cleaning:
Standard cleaning included in the winter rate. Summer rate does not include cleaning - it's 40 Euros extra payable in resort.

Deposit Details:
25% payable at the time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks before departure

Linen Details:
Linen and towels included in the rate.
