Built to a very high standard and rated 4 stars by the Morzine tourist board,it is very comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated, with the underfloor heating throughout.

The chalet is situated in the peaceful village of Essert Romand, which is well placed for easy access to all ski areas. The telecabine at Super Morizine is under 10 min drive, as are the Pleney lifts, lifts in Les Gets and the telecabine in Ardent. The latter links to Avoriaz and Switzerland. If you want to escape from the busy town centre and relax in the calm and peaceful setting apartment Margaritka is the place for you. The village has a lovely typical French bar and restaurant, very popular with both locals and tourists and good value for money, and Morzine with its shops, restaurants, bars and night life is only a few minutes drive.

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and 2 bedrooms one bathroom with a bath&shower attachment and a shower cubicle and a separate shower room. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan and leads out onto a big terrace that has the most amazing scenery and great views of Super Morzine, you can even see La Coupe du Monde in Avoriaz. Our Ski room has a ski-boot warmer and ski rack for 12 pairs of skies.There is a parking for 3 cars. During the winter and summer seasons the Vallee d'Aulps bus operates every hour.The bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The bus costs just 1euro for a single trip and will take you to the centre of Morzine in 5 min.

Cleaning:
The apartment should be left in clean state. Basic cleaning is included in the price.

Deposit Details:
25% of full booking price is required to secure the booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
