La Troika is a light, attracive studio apartment for 4.Excellent location,ski back within 50m Garage,outside parking, balcony,ski locker.
The main ski lifts, Super Morzine to Avoriaz and Pleney to Les Gets area, are only a 4 minutes walk. The supermarket is 2 minutes and village centre with an excellent range of restaurants, sports facilities, cinemas, nightlife and shops, 4 minutes. For access to surrounding ski areas the ski bus stop is only 1 minute's walk.
Situated on the first floor of a small chalet style building, the studio apartment enjoys a quiet location overlooking the chalet garden with lovely views from the balcony to the mountains. It sleeps 4 and comprises entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, conveniently equipped kitchenette, bathroom with bath and shower and a bunk bedroom. TV, DVD and Hi Fi facilities are provided plus a ski locker on the ground floor.
Outside there is both a garage, which is ideal for storing and maintaining mountain bikes in summer, and a private parking place.

200 euros deposit per person to secure the booking, balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable damage deposit of 200 euros is also required.
