 The chalet enjoys uninterrupted mountain views across alpine meadows, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is ideally located in a tranquil village of Le Biot, just 10 minutes drive from the services and amenities of the lively market town of Morzine, one of the key centres of the vast Porte du Soleil ski area, one of the largest inter-connected ski areas in the world. The smaller ski areas of St Jean d’Aulps and Drouzin, ideal for beginners, are even closer Flexible accommodation - the chalet can be hired  having as a whole, 370m squared, sleeping up to 24 with 2 spacious lounges and 2 luxury kitchens. This allows large parties the space to spread out with children watching the latest movie in one lounge with the adults a quiet drink in the other.   or as one of  two separate self chalet appartments  units each sleeping 12.  Each unit is divided by a central staircase with lockable doors. Each unit has its own separate access and front door and terrace.  Each floor is separated by sound proofed concrete.

Cleaning:
First 2 hours of cleaning is included to bring the chalet to showroom condition however guests are required to leave the chalet as it has been found.

Deposit Details:
40% deposit and the balance 12 weeks prior to arrival

Linen Details:
Linen is optional and can be hired at an additional cost.
