SkiMor is a 5-bedroomed apartment on 2 levels sleeping maximum 12 people.  It is situated 1km from the Tourist Office in Morzine, straight along the Route de la Plagne from the SuperMorzine telecabine see map.

It is a well-equipped apartment thoughfully designed so that 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor, and 2 are on the lower main floor.  The 3 upper bedrooms sleep max 8 1 quad room, 1 double with balcony, 1 twin and share the main bathroom with bath & shower and separate WC.

On the main floor there is another twin room and a bunk bedroom, and the large lounge with a gallery overlooking it, so it is very spacious and light.  Seating is very comfortable on the enormous L-shaped sofa. The wide-screeen Tv has the full Sky package and a good selecation of DVD's and Playstation games. There is a kitchenette with newly-installed full size fridge, a combi grill-oven-microwave, a dishwasher, toaster & kettle.  The dining table expands from an 8-seater to a 12-seater and looks out onto the large sunny balcony.

Also on the main floor is a Wc, and a shower room with washing machine and tumbledryer.  There is parking for 1 car under an allocated covered car port max headroom 1m90 and further parking available 100m on the main road. There is a ski locker at ground level.

Cleaning:
Cleaning is included in the rate in the winter in the summer it's 70 Euros extra, payable on departure.

Deposit Details:
25% deposit at the time of booking, balance 8 weeks before departure.

Linen Details:
100% cotton linen and towels included in the rate.
