Karoke mic is also provided to showcase once talent.Board games, books for adult and kids 3, and toys are available. It has a separate dining area with 12 seater dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliance, complete with cookery and cutlery. Washing, machines, tumble drier, iron and ironing board are also provided. Bedrooms2 Double bed with queen sized bed - 2 sofa bed 2 singles for kids , bath, shower and wc2 double bedroom with queen sized bed , shower and wc1 quadruple bedroom with 2 bunk beds, shower and wcGarage has been converted to a games room with 40HD TV, PS3 game consul, up to date games, dvd movies and Ipod sound dock.A heated boot room is also available.

Cleaning:
Cleaning fee of 120 will be charge and payable 6 weeks prior to holiday, however guests are expected to leave the chalet as they find it please. Any further cleaning that may be required will be deducted from the security deposit.

Deposit Details:
25% booking confirmation75%balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday Security deposit of 1000 in Euros or Sterling cheque is required, due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

Linen Details:
Linens and towels are provided , changed weekly.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Bank transfer to our French account. Security deposit should be in cheque and posted to owners address.
