Chalet Maia is a charming Alpine ski home in Morzine, Portes Du Soleil.
Chalet Maia is a modern state of the art Chalet, built to traditional standards that can sleep up to 12 adults comfortably. It has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities 2 of which have baths. There are 4 double rooms on the top floor, all with queen/king sized beds 2 of the bedrooms has a sofa bed. There is a further double room downstairs containing twin bunk beds. The large open plan kitchen incorporates a full sized range cooker, oversized fridge and dishwasher and is extremely well equipped with cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware of the highest quality.There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the adjacent utility room. The living area has a luxurious 3 piece reclining suite perfect for relaxing in front of the log fire, listening to music from the iPod/MP3 player or watching a movie on the large flat screen 40 inch HD TV/DVD player. The dining area has a large farmhouse style that seats twelve , perfect for family feast and entertaining friends. Downstairs there is a sauna and shower room along with a heated boot room and WC. There is also a seperate games room and seating area, with two sofas and a 40 inch HD TV and PS3 games console, ideal for teenagers. The house is also equipped with satellite TV and WiFi internet.Included in the price is all quality bed linen and towels.Chalet Maia is less than 1km from Morzine centre and the free bus stops 50m from the front door. The nearest lift access is the Super Morzine Bubble which is a 5 minute walk away. For those that drive there is ample parking, including a covered car port. 2 minutes walk away is the nearest boulangerie for fresh morning croissants, bread and patisseries. The nearest local supermarket is 500m down the road.
Cleaning:
Cleaning is charged at 100 Euros payable in resort, however guests are expected to leave the chalet as they find it please. Any further cleaning that may be required will be deducted from the security deposit.
Deposit Details:
25% booking confirmation75%balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday together with 1000 Sterling security deposit is required in cheque. Refundable 7 days after the end of the holiday.
Linen Details:
Linens and towels are provided , changed weekly.
