Chalet Serac is situated very close to the town centre but in a quiet spot close to the River Dranse and the Palais des Sports. The latter has a gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Two minutes' walk from the chalet across the river brings you to the free public elevator to the Super-Morzine telecabine station. From there it is five minutes walk to the Pleney lifts or a quick little train ride where any beginners would be having their lessons. In the other direction you have the town facilities such as bars, restaurants and the main Champion supermarket.

Chalet Serac is ideal for small groups or family holidays as there are five bedrooms and three bathrooms one is en-suite. The living/dining area is delightful and has three comfortable sofas and a dining table that will seat 11. The chalet is well appointed and thoughtfully decorated.  There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom 3 single beds.

Summer The location of the chalet is ideal; apart from its central Morzine position, the tennis courts are just opposite, the Olympic-sized swimming pool complex is 100m down the road, and the Super Morzine lift which runs in the summer 150m away, offer smountain bikers easy access to some of the best downhill and cross-country terrain in the Alps.  The garage has ample space for mountain bike storage, and there is a hose for washing down dirty bikes and riders outside.  The wide sunny balcony which runs round the front and side of the chalet is ideal for sunbathing and evening BBQ’s.

Cleaning:
In Winter Cleaning is included in the rental rate. In Summer Cleaning is not included in the rental rate and is charged at 70 at the end of your stay, payable on departure.

Deposit Details:
25% deposit taken by credit card at the time of booking, balance taken by credit card bank transfer 8 weeks before departure.

Linen Details:
Bedlinen and towels included according to numbers given on booking form.
