It is situated on the fourth floor, accessed by a lift, of a well appointed building and has great views towards the Saulire and Tougnette ski areas. It has a private Ski Locker in the Ski room with direct access to a blue piste.

Les Cimes is located at Le Hameau, the highest point in the resort 1800m with its own excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants all within two minutes walk of the building.  If you are arriving by car there is ample free outdoor parking in the immdeiate vicinity of the apartment building.  If you prefer there is also a public underground paying car park approx 300 metres from the apartment.

Les Cimes has 2 floors. There is a bedroom of 15 square metres with either a large double bed or two single beds, on the mezzanine floor reached by a stairway.

 The Apartment will be available from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departuer day.

Cleaning:
Each group is expected to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state as it was handed over to them. If this is not the case a charge of 30 UK Sterling will be deducted from the Security Deposit cheque.

Deposit Details:
A Non-Refundable deposit of 20% of the cost is required at the time of booking.The Balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental. A Caution of 150 Separate UK Cheque is also required with the balance payament.

Linen Details:
Linen and Towels can be hired. Cost 15 Euros per person per week
