A superb 3 bedroom plus mezzanine apartment with a modern stylish feel, sleeps 6 to 8 in great comfort.
Completed in Dec 02 these apartment chalets have been built to an exceptionally high standard by MGM, situated in Les Pècles - a residential suburb of Chamonix. The apartment is a short walk from the shops, bars and restaurants in Chamonix.
The apartment is situated in one of three chalets, with 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine area spread over two floors. Use of the apartment includes a ski cave and parking facility. Sleeping up to 8 people and furnished to an extremely high standard, providing some of the most comfortable self catered accommodation in Chamonix.
The apartment is south facing, offering a stunning view of Mont Blanc -inviting you to explore one of the most extensive ski regions in the world. Chamonix is just over an hour away from Geneva airport and offers extensive summer and winter outdoor activities.
This apartment is over 65m2 with a balcony of 16m2. The hallway opens into a well furnished dinning and living area with views over the Alps. There is a very well equipped kitchenette and a dinning table for up to 8 people. Stairs lead to a mezzanine area, generally used as a TV area with the option of sleeping two people using the sofa-bed
Bedroom 1 -Double or twin room with ensuite shower and vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 - Double facing Brevent
Bedroom 3 - Large doble or twin room with ample space for an extra person if requiered.
Lounge/dining - Spacious dining lounge with kitchen, double doors lead to balcony and views over Mt Blanc
Mezzanine - There is a double sofa bed and TV with DVD and UK Satelite.
Available from 5pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. If you are arriving before or departing after this time then we will do our best to arrange storage for your equipment but cannot guarantee it.
Cleaning:
All cleaning, except kitchen & cutlery is included.
Deposit Details:
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is due immediately upon reservation or 100% if the reservation is made less than 8 weeks before arrival date.
