Apartment 2 is situated on the first floor of our traditional chalet in the centre of Chamonix and provides a very spacious 80m2 of living accommodation. Doors open onto a balcony, with a large seating area and fantastic views of the Mont Blanc range. In the summer, bbq areas are provided in the garden and children can play safely in the grounds. Decorated to a very high standard the apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with fitted cupboards and chests of drawers. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a second separate bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room allowing up to six people to stay in comfort. There is satellite TV, internet access, a DVD player and a HiFi. The kitchen is brand new and has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the chalet itself and covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, our property is one of few chalets with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the garden provides ample room for sunbathing and bbqs, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi in the background. Children can play safely in the confines of the walled garden. For transport to the valley's ski domains in the winter the main bus stop is only 100 metres away.

Deposit Details:
We require 25% of the balance as deposit to confirm the booking. The rest is payable 6 weeks before arrive. We also ask for 400 refundable deposit on arrival in case of damages.
