Our brand new, south-facing first-floor self-catering apartment in the quality Predela complex is in a prime location, just up the road from the prestigious Kempinski Hotel and close to the main gondola station. It is also within  easy walking distance of the historic old town with its shops, cobbled streets, stone houses and cosy taverns. Outdoor ice rink and 10-pin bowling also within walking distance.

Smartly furnished, the apartment offers central heating throughout and air conditioning in the lounge. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 with double bed and 1 with two single flush-fitting beds that can be combined to a double. A baby cot is available. The fully fitted bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Hairdryer provided. Open plan living area with well-equipped fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and cafetiere. Washing machine in store room within apartment. Iron and ironing board provided. The comfortable living area has a double sofa-bed, chair-bed, TV, DVD player with DVDs, CD player, extending dining table and chairs for 6 people. Selection of family board games and books. Balcony with table and chairs accessible from lounge and both bedrooms.

Bright, south-facing leisure facility. Indoor swimming pool with glass roof structure, Jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna and bar.

Towels and bedding provided, please bring own sheets etc. for cot, we provide fleece blankets.

Changeover day normally Saturday but depending on other bookings we can be flexible on arrival days and lengths of stay, especially out of the main school holidays.

Full clean at end of stay included in price. 

Managed by agents in Bansko who will arrange handover of keys. Welcome packs available.

We can assist with information on possible flight routes from the UK for budget flights, EasyJet fly from Gatwick and Manchester, Wizzair from Luton, other direct scheduled flights from e.g. Manchester, Heathrow and indirect flights from other UK airports e.g. Birmingham.

We can also assist with details of companies who provide direct taxi transfers from Sofia airport to Bansko, also details of ski schools, ski hire companies, nearby creche, companies for day trips etc.

We provide a detailed welcome brochure with lots of information and tips to help guests settle in and make the most of their stay in Bansko.

As this apartment is used for our own family holidays and in the interests of all guests, out of courtesy we request no smoking in the apartment, please.

Full clean at end of stay included in price.

Deposit Details:
30% deposit to secure booking. For key weeks we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance payable 8 weeks in advance. GBP 100 returnable security deposit payable to our agent on arrival.

Linen Details:
Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring own linen for cot and own towels to use in leisure complex.
