Set in a modest and attractive apartment building, the apartment is the perfect holiday base, summer or winter.

Sleeping 6 people in 2 bedrooms, with the option of a 7th in a sofa bed, the apartment is bright and airy, with picture windows and views to the Chamonix valley. 

The apartment has everything you need for your holiday acommodation. A modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and full oven and hob. Open plan dining area with seating for 6. Spacious lounge with open fire. Other facilities include shower room, bathroom, and separate WC. There's a large flat screen TV with UK Freeview channels available via satellite, along with iPod/generic MP3 music speaker system.

The  nearest ski is the famous Grand Montets, just a 4 minute walk from the apartment. If wishing to visit the other ski areas in the Chamonix valley, the free ski bus stop is also just a short walk away. 

If you have your own car there's a private locked garage for winter parking. In summer this is a convenient and safe place to store and maintain mountain bikes.

The supermarket, tourist info, pubs and restaurants are all just a short walk away in the village of Argentiere. Despite its easily accessed and central location the apartments are quiet, being set well back from the road.

In summer, there's a communal outdoor pool and a large garden areas, overlooked by th balcony making it a great place to chill out and relax.

The helpful owners can offer all sorts of advice and guidance on planning your holiday, including 10% discount on transfers from Geneva airport - a journey of a little over an hour. 

Cleaning:
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Please leave 30 Euros in the apartment towards cleaning and laundry costs.

Deposit Details:
30% payable on booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
