“Residence des Alpes” is a residential conversion from the former Hotel des Alpes, in a handsome 200-yr old building occupying an enviable position in the centre of Morzine opposite the church.   The building has been converted to a high standard, and has a lift, private ski lockers, and 1 parking place per apartment.  Apartment “H” is on the 3rd floor and there is access by lift.

Apartment H is a luxury spacious apartment on 2 floors, comprising 105 m², completed during summer 2005.    Entrance is via a hallway into the open-plan living / dining / kitchen room.  There is a curved built-in fireplace with a sliding glass front, a 3-person cream leather sofa & 2 matching armchairs, plasma screen TV and DVD player, stereo with surround sound, and coffee table.  The dining table can seat 8 and has a curved bench and chairs.   The kitchen area, which has granite work surfaces, is well equipped, with a large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave and eye level electric oven.   The kitchen area opens out onto a balcony overlooking the Rue du Bourg.  Also leading off the entrance hall are 2 bedrooms  the Master bedroom has a king size bed and built in wardrobes, plasma screen TV, ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and WC.  Bedroom 2 is a double with an exterior shower room and WC.  A flight of stairs integrated into the beams above the dining table leads up to the top floor, which is built into the eaves of the building and features all original beams and wood.   Bedroom 3 is very large and has 2 single beds, and an ensuite shower and WC.  Bedroom 4, the smallest of the bedrooms, has a double bed, and ensuite shower and WC.  All bathrooms have heated towel rails, and both floors have underfloor heating.  The building is 30m from the ski bus stop for the “D” line which runs in a loop round to Pleney, the “A” line which goes up to Les Prodains the Avoriaz cable car and the “N” line which runs up to the cable car at Nyon.

 

Cleaning:
Cleaning is included in the rate for winter bookings but not for Summer bookings - 70 Euros extra.

Deposit Details:
25% deposit payable in Euros at the time of booking, with balance payable in Euros 8 weeks before departure.

Linen Details:
All bedlinen and 2 towels per person provided.
