From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the chalet itself and covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, our property is one of few chalets with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the garden provides ample room for sunbathing and bbq’s, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi in the background. Children can play safely in the confines of the walled garden. In the Chalet, there are 2 spacious 2 bedroom apartments, each of approximately 80 sqm. For larger groups the apartments can be easily opened up together to make one large chalet, with accommodation for up to 12 people The Chalet has been newly acquired by its present owners and all the apartments are freshly decorated to a high standard.

Apartment 3 Top Floor

Apartment 3 is on the second floor of the chalet and provides a very spacious 80m2 of living accommodation. Doors open on to a balcony where guests may sit, with fantastic views of the Mont-Blanc range. In the summer, bbq areas are provided in the garden and children can play safely in the grounds. Decorated to a very high standard the apartment has three bedrooms, one double bedroom, one twin and a single room with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards and chests of drawers. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a second separate bathroom. There is also a twin sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is brand new and has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
