Wednesday 27th January sees the Natives Challenge Ski Race come to Meribel! This fun race day is hosted from the Stade at Meribel’s La Chaudanne and invites holidaymakers and season workers to test their snowboarding and skiing skills as they take part in the Individual Giant Slalom and the Team Parallel Slalom.
Competitors can choose from four different catergories: instructors, workers, guests and novices. With winners being rewarded with an arrary of prizes presented during the after party at Jacks Bar.
Entry fees are as follows:

Golf lovers will be spoilt for choice during the Meribel Golf Show that takes place over a week in Meribel starting on 24th August.
The week will see both professionals and amateurs being offered the chance to take part in a number of competitions all taking place on the 18 hole Mountain course.
If you’re new to the sport, do not fear as all beginners will receive golf instruction free of charge, so you are able to test your skills without testing your wallets!! A mixture of competitions, demonstrations and equipment testing will keep visitors to the event entertained all week and provide great fun for all!! Read more... For those wanting a ski holiday combined with a cool festival experience then you need to be booking your ski holiday in Meribel during the Altitude Festival. From 20th – 26th March you will see performances from some of the leading acts from the Edinburgh Fringe making it one of the coolest Alpine events of the season!
During the event visitors will delight in the calibre of performances and be sure to leave with a smile on their face after enjoying many laughs thanks to the fantastic comedians performing at the event.
