A Questionaire To Independent Mountain Regarding Sports Tourism In Morzine

1. How much of your business relies on tourism?

100% of my business relies on tourism – be it property owners or clients coming on holiday, it’s all related to the Mountain tourist trade!!

2. How much of your business relies on sport-related tourism?

I would say that 95% of my business relies on sport-related tourism, as primarily people owning properties or having holidays in the mountains are here for the sport, with the remaining 5% for quality of life.

3. Which are the busy months?

Winter: Mid-December through to the end of April

Snow On The Way

There’s a snow alert for Morzine with 40 - 50cm forecast between Sunday and Wednesday. The conditions are fantastic at the moment, but it is cold, so if you’re coming out to the resort next week then make sure to bring lots of layers!!
